has recently launched sustained release formulation of Tramadol
HCI as Dolonil SR tablet 100mg.
Dolonil SR tablet is the first manufactured sustained release
formulation of Tramadol HCI in Bangladesh. Dolonil SR tablet is a
potent pain killer and is indicated in post operative pain,
traumas and fractures, musculoskeletal pain, neurogenic pain,
cancer pain etc.
DOLONIL is a centrally acting synthetic opioid analgesic with
fewer side effects. DOLONIL is as effective as pethidine with
reduced respiratory depression, sedation and constipation. Dolonil
SR tablet minimises the dosing frequency as it requires to be
taken twice daily whether immediate release formulation of
Tramadol HCI requires 4-6 times daily for complete therapeutic
action.
Dolonil is currently available in SR tablet, capsule and injection
form. Each box of Dolonil SR tablet contains 16 tablets (2 x 8s) in
blister strips and price is Tk. 14.00 per tablet only.
