Nasir-ur-Rahman Sinha - Director
Nasir-ur Rahman Sinha did his M.A. in Political Science from the University of Dhaka in the year 1965. He then engaged himself in different business enterprises including transport and was also dealing with share & stock. He became the Chairman of Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd. in 1978. Before that he joined ACME as one of the Directors after its incorporation into a limited company. At the demise of his father, who was the company’s founder Chairman, he became the Chairman of ACME. He is also the Chairman of National Equities & Financial Promoters Ltd., a merchant bank organisation. He is also the Director of J.K. Fashions Ltd., Sinha Knitting Ltd. and Sinha Fabrics Ltd. He is currently the Joint Convenor of the Listing Committee of Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd.

Dr. Jabilur Rahman Sinha - Director
Dr. Jabilur Rahman Sinha spent more than 30 years of his life in USA before coming back to Bangladesh in 1995 to join ACME as the Deputy Managing Director. He obtained his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry and has to his credit more than twenty years of teaching experience in USA. He is the first person in this subcontinent who has worked on Alkaloid for his thesis in Ph.D. He has developed the Research & Development Department of the company and has worked behind a joint collaboration with the counterpart in USA for research on herbal medicines.

Afzalur Rahman Sinha - Director
Afzalur Rahman Sinha graduated in Science from the University of Dhaka in the year 1973. Then he proceeded to USA for higher studies. He did Masters of Business Administration in 1980 and during his studies, he worked as Analytical Chemist in the University of Missouri, USA. He came back to Bangladesh in 1982 to join ACME as its Deputy Managing Director. He was a Freedom fighter and was active in the south-west front during the liberation war of Bangladesh. However, he did not take part in politics subsequently. Instead, he took interest in socio-cultural activities and development of sports in the country. He is the Director of Abahani Ltd., a leading sports club in the country. He is also the Vice President of Bangladesh Hockey Federation and Bangladesh Billiard & Snooker’s Federation. He is also the Treasurer of Bangladesh Cricket Control Board.

Tanveer Sinha - Director
Tanveer Sinha obtained his graduation degree in Marketing from the Napiere University, Edinburgh, Scotland in the year 1997. After graduation in Business Studies, he came back to Bangladesh in 1998 to join ACME as its Director. Presently, He is also the Director of Kalyar Packaging Limited. After introduction of the ACME IT Limited, he became the Director of that company.
