Indication

Increased tone of skeletal muscles due to organic neurological disorders (e.g. injury of the pyramidal tract, multiple sclerosis, myelopathy, encephalomyelitis etc.), muscular hypertension, muscular spasm, muscular contraction & rigidity, spinal automatism and discopathy. Obliterate vascular diseases (obliterate arteriosclerosis, diabetic angiopathy, obliterative thromboangitis, raynauds disease, diffusion scleroderma) and disorders due to injury innervation of the vessels (acrocyanosis, intermittent angioneurotic dysbasia). In individual cases post thrombotic venous and circulation disorders and crural ulcer.


Dosage and Administration

Adult: 50 - 150 mg three times daily according to the individual requirement and tolerance of the patients.

Children (from 6 to 14 years) : 2 - 4 mg/kg/day in three divided doses. Children (from 3 months to 6 years) : 5 - 10 mg/kg/day in three divided doses.
