| Adults (18 years and older) | 150 mg once daily (150 mg per day) | 150 mg tablets have to take on AM or PM at same time. Limited of duration 24 months, but in moderate hepatic impairment upto 6 months. |
| Adults ( 18 years & older) | 200 mg twice daily | 200 mg have to take at same time each day twice daily with or without food. Duration limited upto 6 months. |

Egolix 150 Tablet: Each film-coated tablet contains Elagolix Sodium INN 150 mg.
Egolix 200 Tablet: Each film-coated tablet contains Elagolix Sodium INN 200 mg.
