Indication
Glifo-M is indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus and to reduce the risk of cardiovascular death in adult patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and established cardiovascular disease.
Dosage and Administration

Composition
Glifo-M 5/500: Each film coated tablet contains Empagliflozin INN 5 mg & Metformin HCL BP 500 mg.
Glifo-M 12.5/500: Each film coated tablet contains Empagliflozin INN 12.5 mg & Metformin HCL BP 500 mg.
Glifo-M 10/1000 XR: Each extended release tablet contains Empagliflozin INN 10 mg & Metformin HCL BP 1000 mg extended release.
Glifo-M 20/1000 XR: Each extended release tablet contains Empagliflozin INN 25 mg & Metformin HCL BP 1000 mg extended release.
