Indication
Combipen Vet® is indicated for the prevention & treatment of Anthrax, Black quarter, Actinomycosis, Calf diphtheria, Foot rot, Malignant edema, Pneumonia, Navel ill, Tetanus, Wounds, Burns, Mastitis, Metritis & secondary bacterial infection etc.
Dosage and Administration
Route of administration: IM For deep intramuscular injection only.
Combipen Vet® 40 Lacs: 8.4 ml water for injection to be added to the powder supplied in vial of Combipen Vet 40 Lacs to prepare 10 ml suspension & should be administered into deep intramuscular region as following dosage guide line .
Cattle/Buffalo/Horse- 10 ml/200 kg body weight.
Goat/Sheep/Dog/Cat/Other small animals- 1 ml/20 kg body weight.
Combipen Vet 40 Lacs injection should be administered every 24 hours & to be continued for further 1-2 days after subsided of the diseased symptoms.
Or, as directed by Registered Veterinary Physician.
Composition
Combipen Vet® 40 lacs: Each vial contains Procaine Penicillin BP 30,00,000 Units & Benzyl Penicillin Sodium BP 10,00,000 Units.
