Indication
Poultry: ERAPRIM Vet is indicated for the treatment of diseases caused by different Gram positive & gram negative bacteria such as polluram diseases, fowl typhoid, fowl cholera, collibacilosis, septicemia, necrotic enteritis, nonspecific enteritis; respiratory tract diseases (CRD, bronchopneumonia), urinary & genital tract diseases and coccidiosis. ERAPRIM Vet is specially indicated when other antibiotics and chemotherapeutics fail due to resistance problem. Calves & foals: ERAPRIM Vet is indicated in respiratory & gastro-intestinal tract infections like bronchopneumonia, bronchitis, diarrhea, enteritis & scour. Fish: ERAPRIM Vet is indicated in gram-positive cocci infections of fish.
Dosage and Administration
Oral administration only.
Poultry: 0.5 to 1.0 gm per litter of drinking water for 3-5 days. Calves/ foals: 7.5 g per 50 kg body weight, for 3-5 days. Or, as directed by the registered veterinary physician.
Fish: 1 g per 10 kg body weight, for 3-5 days. Or, as directed by the fisheries expert.
Composition
Each gm powder contains Erythromycin thiocyanate INN 180 mg, Sulphadiazine BP 150 mg & Trimethoprim BP 30 mg.
