Indication
Moderate to severe pain (acute and chronic).
Dosage and Administration
Dolonil® SR : 1000 mg twice daily for adult and adlosent over the age of 12 years. Maximum dose 400 mg /day. Dolonil® Capsule : 50 mg - 100 mg every 4 - 6 hours. Maximum dose 400 mg /day. Dolonil® Injection (IM / IV) : 50 mg - 100 mg every 4 - 6 hours (IV injection must be given slowly over 2 - 3 minutes).
Composition
Dolonil® SR Tablet : Tramadol HCl 100 mg.
Dolonil® Capsule : Tramadol HCl 50 mg.
Dolonil® Injection : Tramadol HCl 100 mg/2 ml ampule.
