Indication
Predimax is indicated for Asthma & COPD, Inflammatory and allergic disorders, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Collagenosis, Blood Disorders & Lymphoma.
Dosage and Administration

Mild to moderate acute asthma, severe or life-threatening acute asthma | Adult | 40–50 mg daily for at least 5 days |
Child 12–17 years | 40–50 mg daily for at least 5 days | |
Child 1 month–11 years | 1–2 mg/ kg once daily (max. per dose 40 mg) for up to 3 days | |
Acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease | Adult | 30 mg daily for 7–14 days |
Inflammatory and allergic disorders | Adult | Initially 10–20 mg daily |
Rheumatoid Arthritis | Adult | The usual initial dose is 10-15 mg daily. |
Collagenosis | Adult | Initial doses of 20-30 mg daily |
Blood Disorders & Lymphoma | Adult | An initial daily dose of 15-60 mg |

Composition
Predimax 5 Tablet: Each film-coated tablet contains Prednisolone BP 5 mg.
Predimax 10 Tablet: Each film-coated tablet contains Prednisolone BP 10 mg.
Predimax 20 Tablet: Each film-coated tablet contains Prednisolone BP 20 mg.
